What are the typical lease terms on your properties?: Typically we offer a 12-month lease, but will consider 9-month lease as well.
Are utilities included in the rental amount?: No, water and electric is through KUB. They can give you an estimate of what the utilities will be on the particular unit you’re interested in. Their number is 865-524-2911.
Is parking included?: Most of the properties we have include parking with no additional fee.
Do you charge any fees in assisting people to find a place to lease?: No, there are never any fees to the client.
